Please respect our Zero Tolerance Harassment Policy. We are required to, and will, report all inappropriate behaviour to the local police department. This includes aggressive and sexual behaviour. This is a professional business, inappropriate requests won't be tolerated.

​LATE ARRIVAL

Clients arriving late for their appointment will receive only the remaining time of their session, and the full session fee will still apply. Repeated late arrivals may regrettably lead to the discontinuation of our treatments. To ensure a smooth experience, please aim to arrive 10–15 minutes early to avoid any delays.

CANCELLATIONS/ NO SHOWS

Life happens, we understand, our time is very important and so is yours. In order to minimize disruptions to our schedule, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice by phone, text or email to change, cancel, or reschedule appointments.  LATE CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS WILL INCUR IN A NON-REFUNDABLE 50% FEE OF ANY SERVICE.
