Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is a technique that releases tension and chronic patterns of muscular tension by applying slow strokes, deep pressure, and friction on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It can be used to treat chronic pain, muscle injury, and reduce inflammation.It is important to communicate with the massage therapist to ensure that the pressure used is comfortable and effective for the individual receiving the massage.

Cupping Massage

Cupping is a therapy used to release muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. The cups can be left in place or moved around the skin during the massage. It may leave temporary marks or bruising on the skin. Cupping massage is often used together with other massage techniques. Silicone cups are used during the session.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage uses heated basalt stones to apply pressure and warmth to the muscles. It can help promote relaxation, reduce pain, improve circulation, release muscle tension, and improve sleep quality. The stones may be placed on specific points or used to massage the muscles directly. Hot stone massage is often combined with other massage techniques to provide a comprehensive therapeutic treatment.

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation

IASTM is used in conjunction with other manual therapy techniques and exercises to reduce pain and improve mobility.

Therapist arrives 30 minutes early with everything needed for a serene, professional session—fresh linens, setup, travel, and a full cleanup afterward, all included in your base rate.
