What kind of massage therapy do you offer? 

Zamboz Sanctuary offers your classic Relaxation Swedish Massage, Deeper Tissue, Cupping Massage, Hot Stones Massage. 

How do I know what treatment is best for me? 

It will depend on the symptoms you are coming with. Clinical Assessments are a crucial component of every massage session in order to find the possible root of your symptoms and treat accordingly. A customized experience is then achieved as your therapist will be blending different techniques keeping in mind your comfort and goals to focus on. 

Do you take insurance? 

Zamboz Sanctuary takes most insurance and can do direct billing. In case your claim is not accepted by your insurance through direct billing, a receipt will be issued to you, you will then pay the total amount and you will be able to submit at a later time to be reimbursed. Why do I need a credit card to book an appointment?

In order to reserve a treatment time for our guests, a credit card is needed during the booking time. This is to minimize the amount of late cancellations and disruption of our therapist schedule. You won't be charged during the booking time.  Less than 24 hours cancellations and missed appointments will incur in 50% non-refundable charge  of the appointment. Do you do couple's massage?

At the moment, Zamboz Sanctuary does not have the ability to offer this service. However, stay tuned for any updates. 

I have used all my health benefits, but my friend would like me to use theirs as they won't use them. Can I use their benefits and claim under their name? 

While I see the generosity of your friend or family member, this is unfortunately illegal. Receipts can be issued only to the person that is actually getting treatment. 

Do you take last minute bookings? 

You can book any appointment 2 hours prior to the start time. To book online, click here. 

How far do you travel and are travel fees extras?

Travel is included within a 5 km radius. For distances beyond:

  • 5–10 km: +$15

  • 10–15 km: +$25

  • Contact us for locations beyond 15 km.

 Do you offer discounts for multiple people at the same address?

 Yes! The more people, the more you save:

  • 1 person: $125 total (60-minute session)

  • 2 people: $240 total ($120/person)

  • 3 people: $350 total ($116.67/person)

  • 4 people: $450 total ($112.50/person)

All sessions must take place at the same location to qualify.

What do I need to prepare before the therapist arrives?

Please ensure:

  • There’s a clear space (about 6x8 feet) for the massage table

  • Lighting and temperature are comfortable

  • Pets are secured in another area

  • If using your own linens, have them ready: microfiber sheet, face cradle cover, laundry bag

I arrive 30 minutes early to set up and leave your space as I found it

Is a deposit and photo Id required to book mobile massage?

Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This helps cover travel prep and reserves your spot. A valid photo ID must be provided before confirming your booking. This is to ensure the safety and professionalism of mobile service.

How can I pay, and do you accept tippings?

I accept:

  • E-transfers

  • Credit/debit cards (via secure mobile payment)

  • Cash (exact amount preferred)

Tipping is appreciated but never expected—your satisfaction is what matters most.

Do you offer gift cards or session packages?

Yes, we do, please visit the massage package and gift cards section.

What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the session if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will result in a 50% charge for the service booked.

  • No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

Who will be providing the massage, and are they certified?

All mobile massage sessions are provided by me. I am a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with years of experience in clinical and wellness settings.
You’re in the hands of someone who understands anatomy, relaxation, and therapeutic care.

Is my information kept private and confidential?

Absolutely. All client information, including contact details, health history, and session notes, is handled with strict confidentiality and in accordance with professional RMT standards.
